What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:
- Your name and work email
- Your company name (optional)
- Whether you are an advertiser, publisher or brand, and your business category
- The message you write to us
- The page address you sent the enquiry from
If you contact us by email, Telegram or LinkedIn, we receive the details you share there.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together
- To onboard you as an advertiser, publisher or client if you choose to work with us
- To keep a record of our business communication
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are saved to a Google Sheet and sent to our support inbox, both run on Google Workspace. Google processes this data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside India.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare's CDN. These services receive basic technical information such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows, and for up to three years after our last contact unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct or update it
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw any consent you have given

Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to the Affscape team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

For any privacy concern or grievance, write to support@affscape.com. We may update this policy from time to time, and the date at the top will always show the latest version.
