Refunds, cancellations and delivery

Software plans

• No free trials, but see it first. We do not give free trials or money-back guarantees. You can book a free live demo of any product before you buy.
• Paid in advance, renews only when you pay. Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance. Nothing is charged automatically: we email you a payment link 7 days before your renewal date.
• Cancel any time. To cancel, simply do not renew (or tell us at support@affscape.com). Your service keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account is paused and your data is kept for 30 days, so you can export it or come back.
• No refunds on software plans. Payments for software plans are not refundable, including the first payment and one-time setup fees.
• If you stop before the end of a period, unused days or months of a monthly or yearly plan are not refunded.
• Paid twice or the wrong amount? We refund duplicate or mistaken payments in full.

Affscape Academy courses

• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying a course, as long as you have watched less than 20% of it.
• After that, or once you have downloaded the course material, the course is not refundable.

Services (media buying, ad accounts, branding, development)

• Payments for services follow the quote or invoice we agreed with you.
• Money already spent on ads, and ad-account top-ups already passed to an ad platform, cannot be refunded. Any unused balance is settled as agreed in your quote.
• Work that has already been delivered is not refundable.

How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds go back to the same card, UPI or bank account you paid from, through our payment partner Razorpay. They usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
• For every refund of a taxed payment we issue a GST credit note by email.

Delivery of what you buy

Everything we sell is digital; nothing is shipped.

• Affscape PRO: your workspace opens straight away, as soon as your payment goes through, and your login details are emailed to you.
• Affscape CRM, and the PRO or CRM part of a bundle: your account opens straight away, as soon as your payment goes through, and your login details are emailed to you. Affscape TRACK (alone or in a bundle): hosted by us, we set it up within 1 working day of your payment and email your login; as a self-hosted licence, we email your licence key and install guide within 1 working day.
• Academy courses: course access is emailed within 24 hours of your payment.
• A payment confirmation and the invoice are emailed to you as soon as the payment goes through.
